Street Lee is president and CEO of McKim & Creed Inc. He has been in the engineering consulting business for more than 36 years. Prior to consulting engineering, he was assistant dam safety engineer for the State of North Carolina. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida and was previously registered in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. 

Street has managed a variety of civil engineering and water-oriented infrastructure projects. His responsibilities have included project coordination, design, and preparation of plans for municipal, governmental, industrial, development and commercial projects including management of multidiscipline engineering teams. He has designed a wide range of drinking water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure, stormwater drainage and detention systems, performed hydrology and stormwater studies, designed solid waste facilities, and performed site engineering for commercial, residential and institutional projects. Street has several decades of experience in alternative project delivery and consults on alternative delivery applicability. 

Street Lee has a BS degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University, an MBA from the University of Florida and completed ACEC’s Senior Executives Institute. He serves on McKim & Creed’s Board of Directors and has previously served as ESOP Trustee Chair from 2007 to 2013.
